Planatol system at the K2016
Smart Gluing – Systems, Application Consulting & Service for Adhesive Application
At the K2016, the world’s number one trade fair for plastic and rubber in Dusseldorf, Planatol System presented according to the motto ” Smart Gluing” a wide range of system solutions for the adhesive application.
One of the key topics was the application of composite panels. Together with the manufacturer SMB-David, Planatol Systems showed systems for bead application for the 1K Pur adhesive with oscillation for the bonding of insulating and sandwich-construction panels.
In Addition to the application systems for the bonding of panels, Planatol System presented also modular cold glue and hotmelt application systems, Cold- & Hotjet. Due to the modular control Duojet both standard applications as well as individual complete solutions up to customer-specific implementations or combined cold glue and hotmelt application systems can be offered.
A further highlight was the wireless control of the systems via WLAN or an app for tablets.
